1. Our Commitment
Jacked Up Games Ltd (“Company,” “BetMighty,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. While gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, we recognize that for some individuals it can become harmful. This Responsible Gaming Policy explains the tools, safeguards, and support available to help you stay in control of your play, and forms part of our Terms of Use.
2. Age Verification
We strictly prohibit access to the Service by anyone under the age of 18, or the minimum legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. We apply the identity and age-verification procedures set out in our KYC Policy to enforce this restriction, and we reserve the right to suspend an Account at any time pending confirmation of age.
3. Understanding the Risks of Gambling
Gambling should never be viewed as a way to make money, solve financial problems, or escape from stress or personal difficulties. We encourage all Players to:
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose;
- Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income;
- Set a budget and time limit before you start playing, and stick to it;
- Avoid chasing losses by increasing bets to recover money already lost;
- Take regular breaks and avoid gambling while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or when emotionally distressed;
- Balance gambling with other activities and avoid letting it interfere with work, relationships, or wellbeing.
4. Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
You may wish to review your gambling habits, or seek support, if you notice signs such as:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you intended or can afford;
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or preoccupied when not gambling;
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or neglecting bills to fund gambling;
- Lying to family or friends about the extent of your gambling;
- Gambling to escape problems or relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt, or anxiety;
- Repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut back or stop gambling.
If any of these apply to you, we encourage you to use the tools described below and to reach out to an independent support organization.
5. Account Management Tools
Your Account settings provide the following tools to help you manage your play. Once set, these limits take effect immediately or after any regulatory-mandated cooling-off period, whichever applies.
5.1 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Once reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the relevant period resets.
5.2 Loss Limits. You may set a maximum net loss over a chosen period, after which further wagering will be restricted until the period resets.
5.3 Wager/Stake Limits. You may set a maximum amount you can wager within a specified period.
5.4 Session Reminders. You may enable pop-up reminders showing elapsed session time and net win/loss, at intervals of your choosing.
5.5 Time-Outs (Cooling-Off Periods). You may temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a time-out, you will not be able to access your Account, and we will suspend marketing communications to you for that period.
5.6 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from the Service for a minimum period defined in Section 6 below, up to permanent exclusion.
Reducing a Limit: Requests to reduce a deposit, loss, or wager limit, or to initiate a time-out or self-exclusion, take effect immediately or as soon as reasonably practicable.
Increasing a Limit: Requests to increase or remove a deposit, loss, or wager limit will only take effect after a cooling-off period (typically not less than 24 hours, and up to 7 days depending on the size of the change and applicable regulatory requirements), to ensure the decision is deliberate and not made impulsively.
6. Self-Exclusion
6.1 You may request self-exclusion from the Service at any time via your Account settings or by contacting customer support, for a minimum period as required under our license conditions (typically not less than six months), up to and including permanent self-exclusion.
6.2 Once accepted, a self-exclusion request is binding and irrevocable for the duration selected. We will not permit you to reverse a self-exclusion before the selected period expires, even at your own request, except where applicable law or our license conditions provide for an exception (e.g., a mandatory “cooling-off” reconsideration period before reinstatement is even possible after the minimum period ends).
6.3 During self-exclusion, we will:
- Suspend your Account and prevent you from logging in or placing wagers;
- Take reasonable steps, using the verification information available to us, to prevent you from opening a new Account;
- Suspend all marketing and promotional communications to you;
- Process any final withdrawal of your remaining verified balance, subject to standard KYC/AML checks.
6.4 Where required by our licensing jurisdiction, we participate in, or will honor exclusion requests registered through, any applicable national or regional multi-operator self-exclusion scheme.
6.5 At the end of a selected self-exclusion period, your Account will not be automatically reactivated. You must contact customer support to request reinstatement, which may be subject to a reflection period, a reassessment of your circumstances, and renewed identity verification.
7. Reality Checks and Play Behavior Monitoring
We may use automated and manual monitoring to identify patterns of play that could indicate harmful gambling behavior, including rapid, prolonged, or escalating wagering, frequent unsuccessful attempts to deposit beyond a declined limit, or contact from a Player expressing distress about their gambling. Where such indicators are identified, we may proactively reach out to you, apply temporary restrictions, or request that you engage with our responsible gambling tools, even in the absence of a request from you.
8. Restricting Access at Our Discretion
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to limit, suspend, or close an Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player’s gambling behavior may be harmful to them, regardless of whether the Player has requested such action. This may include imposing limits, applying a cooling-off period, or requesting supporting documentation regarding the Player’s financial circumstances.
9. Marketing Communications and Responsible Gaming
We will not send marketing or promotional communications to any Player who is self-excluded, in a time-out period, or who has opted out of marketing communications. Players who have set deposit, loss, or wager limits, or who have shown indicators of at-risk behavior, may also have targeted promotional offers restricted or suspended as part of our responsible gaming safeguards.
10. Support for Problem Gambling
If you are concerned about your own gambling, or that of someone you know, we encourage you to seek independent, confidential support. The following organizations are widely recognized and may be able to help, depending on your location:
- National Council on Problem Gambling (US) — ncpgambling.org
- Gamblers Anonymous (international, in-person and online meetings) — gamblersanonymous.org
- Gambling Therapy (global, multilingual support) — gamblingtherapy.org
- Responsible Gambling Council (Canada) — responsiblegambling.org
This list is not exhaustive, and availability, contact details, and services may vary or change over time. If none of the above are available in your country or region, we recommend contacting your national or local health authority, or searching for “gambling help” together with your country name to find a recognized local service. We are not affiliated with these organizations and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information they provide, but we encourage all Players to make use of independent support where needed.
We may also provide links or references to independent support organizations directly within your Account or on our Site, where available.
11. Third-Party Filtering and Blocking Software
In addition to our own Account tools, independent software is available that can block access to gambling websites at the device or network level. We encourage Players who wish to restrict their own access, or that of a family member, to research and install such software as an additional safeguard, particularly during or after a self-exclusion period.
12. Minors and Vulnerable Persons
We take steps, including those described in our KYC Policy, to prevent access to the Service by minors. We also encourage parents, guardians, and family members who are concerned about a vulnerable person’s access to our Service to contact our customer support team, who will advise on the steps available, including support in initiating a self-exclusion or Account restriction where appropriate and legally permissible.
13. Staff Training
Our customer support and compliance staff receive training on the identification of at-risk gambling behavior, the correct application of our responsible gaming tools, and appropriate escalation procedures, consistent with our license conditions.
14. Complaints Relating to Responsible Gaming
If you believe we have not appropriately applied a limit, self-exclusion, or other responsible gaming request, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with the complaints and dispute-resolution procedure set out in our Terms of Use.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Responsible Gaming Policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, our license conditions, or best practice. The updated Policy will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
