Sports Betting Rules

These rules apply to every bet placed on the BetMighty.com sportsbook and form part of our Terms of Use. Where these rules and the Terms of Use conflict on a sports betting matter, these rules prevail. YOU MUST BE 18+ TO BET. PLEASE BET RESPONSIBLY.

These rules govern fixed-odds sports betting offered by Jacked Up Games Ltd (“Company,” “BetMighty,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Casino games are governed by the Terms of Use and any game-specific rules.

A bet is accepted only when it appears in My Bets with a bet reference number. A selection shown in the bet slip but not confirmed is not a bet. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

All odds are shown in decimal format. Prices may change at any time before a bet is accepted. If a price changes while a selection is in your bet slip, you will be shown the new price and must confirm it before the bet is placed. The price recorded on the accepted bet is final, except as set out in sections 8 and 10.

  • Minimum stake: $1 per bet.
  • Maximum stake: $10,000 per bet, which we may lower for any market, event, or Account.
  • A multi may contain up to 20 selections and combined odds of no more than 10,000.
  • We reserve the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without giving a reason.

Single: one selection. Return = stake × odds.

Multi (accumulator): two or more selections from different events combined into one bet. Every selection must win for the bet to win; return = stake × the product of all odds. Selections from the same event cannot be combined in one multi.

In-play markets are offered while an event is in progress. Scores, clocks, and statistics shown are for guidance only and may be delayed. A bet placed after the outcome of a market has become known, or at a price that did not reflect the true state of play at the moment of acceptance, may be voided.

Bets are settled on the official result declared by the governing body at the end of the event, including extra time only where the market says so. Football markets are settled on 90 minutes plus stoppage time unless stated otherwise. Subsequent changes to results (for example, on appeal) are not taken into account.

A void selection is treated as odds of 1.00. A void single returns the stake; a multi containing a void selection is recalculated on its remaining selections. On a Draw No Bet market, the stake is returned if the match ends in a draw.

If an event does not start within 24 hours of its scheduled time, bets on it are void. If an event is abandoned, bets on markets already decided stand and all other bets are void. Bets stand if an event moves to a different venue, unless it moves to the away side’s home ground, in which case they are void.

If a bet is accepted at a price that is clearly wrong — due to a technical, human, or feed error — we may settle it at the correct market price at the time it was placed, or void it. We will act on such errors in good faith and consistently.

Cricket

Match Winner bets are settled on the official result, including any reduced-overs result under the DLS method. If a match is tied and the competition uses a Super Over, the Super Over decides the market; otherwise a tie is a dead heat. Innings runs markets require the innings to be completed or the allotted overs to be bowled, unless the market is already decided.

Tennis

If a player retires or is disqualified, Match Winner bets are void unless the match was completed. Markets already decided at the time of retirement stand.

Basketball

All markets include overtime unless stated otherwise.

Ice Hockey

Moneyline, Puck Line and Total Goals markets include overtime and any shootout. A shootout win counts as one goal for the winning side.

Esports

If a match is played with a different number of maps from that advertised, or a team is replaced, bets are void. A forfeit before the match starts voids all bets.
